Lifenotes – Wedding Celebrant
A ceremony that sounds like you, not a script.
Your wedding ceremony should feel entirely yours; the way you met, what makes your relationship work, the promises that actually mean something to you as a couple. As your wedding celebrant, I write and deliver a ceremony built around your story, not a template filled in with your names.
Based in Kent and also covering London, I travel to wherever you’re getting married.
Why choose a celebrant
Unlike a registrar, a celebrant isn’t bound to a fixed script. That means your ceremony can include the readings, rituals, humour and personal touches that actually reflect who you are as a couple, held wherever you like; a barn, a beach, a garden, anywhere that means something to you. It’s your day, told in your words.
How it works
A first conversation
We meet, in person, to talk through your story as a couple: how you met, what you love about each other, and what kind of ceremony you’re picturing.
Getting to know you both
Through relaxed, honest conversation rather than a form to fill in, I gather the details, memories and small moments that will shape your ceremony. This is where the trust between us really counts; the more comfortable you feel, the more genuinely “you” the ceremony will sound.
Your ceremony, written
I write your ceremony script and share it with you in advance, so you can suggest changes and know exactly what to expect on the day.
On the day
I deliver your ceremony with warmth and confidence, so you can relax, be present, and enjoy every moment of it.
What’s included
- An in-person consultation to get to know you both
- A fully personalised ceremony script, written for you and reviewed together before the day
- Guidance on structure, readings, rituals and vows if you’d like it
- A calm, experienced presence on the day itself
